  • Precautions when ordering

  1. Please note that depending on the timing, your order may be canceled due to the product being out of stock.
  2. Some items are imported. Since inspection standards are different from those made in Japan, even new and unused items may have slight stains or scratches.
  3. The color of the product may differ slightly from the actual product depending on your smartphone screen.
  4. We cannot accept exchanges or returns due to customer circumstances such as image differences or size exchanges.
  • About returns and exchanges

If there is a defect in the delivered product, or if you receive a product that clearly differs from what you ordered, we will issue a return or refund. However, please note that we cannot accept refunds or exchanges in the following cases.

  1. If more than 3 days have passed since the product arrived
  2. In the case of reasons due to customer convenience, such as incorrect order, wrong size, wrong image, etc.
  3. Regarding reserved products, some of them are made to order, so we do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience, regardless of whether it is before or after shipping.
  4. As a general rule, we do not accept requests to change the color after purchase, as we will arrange for shipping immediately after placing your order.
    *We also decline reservations for pre-order items as they are manufactured to order.

  • Regarding refusal of receipt/long-term absence

Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to long-term absence after shipping or for refusal of receipt.
